Reach Every Voice (REV) is a Maryland-based organization committed to transforming education for non-speaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals. Founded by Lisa Mihalich Quinn, who serves as Executive Director, REV brings together experienced educators—many with state certifications—united by a mission to unlock authentic communication pathways for those with complex communication needs. The innovative language ladder approach that powers Adaptiverse’s personalization engine was developed through Lisa’s groundbreaking work at REV, representing years of practical application and refinement with diverse learners.
